Book a flat rate virtual follow-up to check in and receive an updated treatment plan for the year.
Annual Subscription
Optimize your health with concierge care all year-round for an affordable monthly subscription fee.
All-inclusive Plan
Enroll in a 3-month or 6-month concierge program with labs, visits & supplements all included in cost.
Please note that A Dose of Vitamin Ray is now using Practice Better EHR and portal. Returning patients will need to create a new login in the new portal.
